Other Adventurers Encountered: 2 guys shooting pistols
Notes of Interest:1. This is what I think is a snowmobile trail. It's just past the bridge along Notch Rd after where the road washed out. The guys shooting pistols told me it led to camps, and we'd reach the first one in about 15 minutes. This was not true. There were a couple sidetrails that we did not explore, perhaps those lead to camps. 2. The trail is moderately steep, and fairly rugged. I loved how it keeps dropping down near the river, then climbing up away. 3. We didn't hit any real destination or find any signage. I simply turned around so we'd be out of the woods before dark.
